Hey Rich - I had this problem also. Ulwar came up with the brillant solution that I wasn't adding the "www" to the front of my azergarde.ca address. Once I stopped being lazy and added the "www" to my bookmark everything has since worked fine for me. This. 90% that this is your problem.
