Hey Rich - I had this problem also. Ulwar came up with the brillant solution that I wasn't adding the "www" to the front of my azergarde.ca address. Once I stopped being lazy and added the "www" to my bookmark everything has since worked fine for me.

If you have adobe premeire cs3, theres an export preset option specifically for youtube that you can use.

A fairly inexpensive but great program for what you need is Quicktime Pro. With that program you can export your video to a 320x240 video file. I highly recommend setting your video compression to "sorenson 3" if youtube allows it. With sorenson 3 you will find your videos have extrememely small ...
